The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Los Angeles hosts an event focused on the Spring Street Case Study and Site Tour. Scheduled for May 21, 2024, from 4—6:30 pm, this event will take place at 843 N Spring Street in Los Angeles, California. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the site and engage in discussions about the impact of urban development projects.

Designed by LEVER, 843 N Spring Street integrates retail and office spaces and features a vertical garden that fosters a connection between indoor and outdoor environments. The use of Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) supports a low carbon footprint and a biophilic design that maximizes natural light and ventilation. This project emphasizes sustainability through its construction methods and materials, contributing to a new standard for environmental responsibility in building design.
