On April 3, the AIA Los Angeles COTE Committee will host the 6th annual 1.5°C Symposium on Climate Change. This year, LEVER Principal Jonathan Heppner will present on the panel “Radical Pragmatism: Paths to Mass Timber Success,” along with Amy Leedham of Atelier Ten, Skanska’s Alison Crowley, Boise Cascade Company’s Michelle Kam-Biron, and moderator Abbey Ehman of LPC West.

"We've brought together voices from architecture, forestry, and commercial real estate to help our audience discern how to become advocates for clients interested in pursuing a mass timber project. It's an incredibly ambitious task and takes an equal amount of pragmatism and humility."

“Radical Pragmatism” will begin at 10:45AM. Find the full agenda for the Symposium and get registered at this link.
