Principal Chandra Robinson will join an exciting keynote roundtable during the 2023 Mass Timber Conference, which returns to Portland, Oregon on March 27-29. The roundtable, “For Whom / By Whom: Social Equity and Mass Timber” will be moderated by Adre’s Anyeley Hallova, with panelists including Chandra, Sam Baraso of the Portland Clean Energy Fund, Port of Portland’s Tamara Kennedy, and Nate McCoy of NAMC-Oregon.

“There are disparities in the building and environmental green movement in terms of who has been allowed to participate in these industries. The mass timber sector is our chance to build a new industry that is diverse and inclusive from the start. Equity advances in the mass timber industry can be a catalyst for change in the entire building and construction industry.”

Chandra’s keynote roundtable will take place at 8AM on March 28 in the Portland Ballrooms. Find the full conference agenda and get registered at this link!
